Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed later are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery cost

Delivery is quoted at checkout based on your destination and order weight, using our courier partners' rates. Pickup collection is free.

Failed deliveries

If a courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order returns to our warehouse and we contact you to rebook. A second delivery attempt may attract a new delivery fee.

Damaged parcels

Inspect your parcel on arrival. Report visible damage within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace the affected items.
