Getting your order to you
Delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay — never added afterwards.
Timelines
- Lagos: 1-2 working days
- South West and Abuja: 2-3 working days
- Other states: 3-5 working days
Costs
Delivery is calculated from your destination and the weight of your order, using our courier partners' live rates. Wholesale cartons are quoted the same way, so large orders never carry a surprise fee.
Pickup
Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and pay nothing for fulfilment. We hold your order for seven days and notify you as soon as it is ready.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we send the courier's tracking reference by SMS or WhatsApp, along with the contact for the rider handling it.
