Refunds and returns

Retail returns

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return reference.

Wholesale returns

Unopened cartons can be returned within 14 days of delivery where the seal is intact. Return logistics for wholesale orders are arranged with your account contact.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned goods, to the account used for payment.
